Quicken 2009 Available Now; Big Discounts For You

I’ve been using Quicken since I got my first computer back in the old days of DOS. We didn’t have fancy graphics or the like back then; it was all drawn with text and other ASCII characters in 8 colors and we loved it!  Well, maybe we didn’t love it, but we didn’t know any better since fancy graphics were limited to movies back then.

But here in modern days we have powerful computers, huge hard drives, great graphics, and a lot of personal financial information to analyze, track, and safely store.  After trying other products, such as Microsoft Money, I kept coming back to Quicken because it does everything the way I expect it to and it’s easy to see all of my assets and liabilities laid out in front of me.

To celebrate their new version, Intuit is offering some significant discounts to readers of certain websites, including mine.  I haven’t had a chance to try Quicken 2009 yet, but I will be ordering my copy shortly and will tell you my thoughts on it as soon as it arrives.  If it’s anything like past versions, I expect to see all my old favorites improved as well as some new useful functionality.

Here are the latest Quicken offerings.  Each (except for the Online Edition) can be purchased on CD-ROM (with free shipping) or as a direct download.
