Friday Link Love - Birthday Cheer
Yes, 28 is just a day away. We don’t have anything big planned; I only want to spend a relaxing day with my family. It’s good sometimes to take a mini-vacation from the hectic parts of life and spend time for yourself. And if the rain holds off, I’ll be sure to ride my bike as much as I can to get ready to take it on open road.
Next week, I think I’ll write a little more about snowballs and, thanks to Lisa’s request, show how I set up my spreadsheet so you can start working on your own forecast. I also have a post in the works about a discouraging revelation about desperation and greed that I have made since starting this blog. But enough of next week, Link Love is for sharing the best posts of this week with you.
- The Cavewife chimed in this week and shared her perspective on our life.
- Wise Bread reminded us that just because something’s on sale doesn’t necessarily make it good deal.
- I’ve Paid For This Twice Already recognized that even though you’re savings, you still have to live your life.
- Consumerism Commentary heard that the price of milk might decline this year. (Thank heavens! We go through at least 3 gallons a week…)
- Gather Little by Little asked the leading question, “Is the economic stimulus package a loan?”
- Free Money Finance hosted a guest post about the miracle of compounding interest.
- ChristianPF shared some financial advice for newlyweds.
- Get Rich Slowly featured a guest post detailing the importance of budgeting.
- Mrs. Micah saved her employer some money by keeping track of warranties.
- Lazy Man and Money shared his sentiments on door-to-door salesmen.
Have a great weekend - I know I will! To all PF bloggers, don’t forget to join The Snowflake Revolution!
